The James Gang - Thirds (1971 US)

Dia G 22.11.09 (7) - The James Gang - Bang (1973 US)

JAMES GANG
" Bang "
ATCO RECORDS - 1973

Roy Kenner : Percussion & Lead Vocals
Tommy Bolin : Guitars, Moog (Lead Vocals On Alexis)
Dale Peters : Bass
Jim Fox : Drums

Enjoy

The James Gang - The Beachland Rides Again (Bootleg) (2005 US)

.
ESTE ES UN BOOTLEG DOBLE, DEL AÑO 2005, HECHO POR UN TAL DE CHRIS ... NO ME ACUERDO DE DONDE LO HE PILLADO ...
..
LAS GRACIAS DEBERON SER DADAS AL CHRIS ESE ... ESTA ES SU RESEÑA :
.
"This turned out to be a great recording.
The show was at a small bar and it was amazing.
It was standing room only and I got up about 15 feet from stage.
Even though I like small intimate concerts like this,it was very difficult to tape in the middle of a crowd with general admission. Trying to "stand my ground" and fight off drunks is always a concern especially when people tend to bump into you. However, being over 6 feet tall does help but would you guess that of all the places to stand, someone that was taller than me would place his big nugget head right in front of me? Well it happened but fortunately I pushed around him and there are a couple points in the recording where you hear the sound shift a bit due to this reason ... I think at the start of Funk #49 and during The Bomber, you may catch this and I knew it as soon as it happened so thats why I fought my ground to stay in front of him.
Anyway,I think overall you will enjoy this show.
The sound is pretty "upfront" but I'll let you folks be the judge on this.
Any comments are welcome.
Also a big thanks goes out to R.W. for the great pictures in the artwork that came from this very show.
Enjoy

The James Gang - Yer' Album (1969 US)

.
OS DEJO ESTE DISCO, QUE NO ES NINGUNA RAREZA, DE ESTE TRIO QUE ME ENCANTA ...

TRIO FORMADO EN 1967, ES ESTE SU PRIMER TRABAJO DISCOGRAFICO.

SE NOTA YA LA TECNICA DEL GUITARRISTA MUY CONOCIDO, JOE WALSH ... HAN PASADO EN ESTA BANDA, GLENN SCHWARTZ (ALL SAVED FREAK BAND), TOMMY BOLIN (ZEPHYR, DEEP PURPLE, BILLY COBHAM Y NO SOLO) Y OTROS MUSICOS MAS.
.
From Wikipedia :
.
This album had secret messages that were only heard on manually operated record players. Automatic ones lifted the needle before the extreme last groove went by. Side A had someone saying, "Turn me over." Side B had, "Play me again." During the recording process, the friends of the band kept asking, "When's yer' album coming out?" The album name was named for that question.
.DE SONIDO ROCKERO-SUREÑO-BLUSERO-FUNKERO, CREO QUE ES UNA BUENA APORTACIÓN ... DISFRUTAD APAÑEROS GALLETEROS
