MAN - Brazillian Cucumber Meets Deke's New Nose

Commentary (from

This is an excellent quality recording, originally produced for Radio, nicely packaged, and well mastered by Stefan Vardopoulos. The only thing that disturbs me is the date. If this was recorded one month before "Rhinos, Winos" did Ken Whaley join the band before Malcolm Morley, do this radio concert. Then Malcolm joined recorded the album in February, went over to America for the 1999 Space Party tour but was gone by April (when the next bootleg was recorded). Or is it just a waste of time to try to try and reconcile the dates on bootlegs. For example, if the early Tom Baker episodes are set in 1980 (although broadcast in 1975) is the Brigadeer really talking to Maggie Thatcher when he has the phone conversation with Mrs. Prime Minister--and how did they know.--Sorry, thought I was on another home page for a moment. There is another bootleg done by the Italians called "Live in London 1975" which is exactly the same recording (although not as well mastered). The date makes more sense, but I've been burned by Italian bootlegs before. ("I've learned from my mistakes, and can repeat them precisely"--Peter Cook)
